Support and Assistance with Administrative Procedures

We guide you, explain everything and support you step by step with your public and private procedures in the Canary Islands.

At Ubuntu Canarias we know that administrative procedures can feel complicated when you arrive in a new environment. That's why we don't just give you information: we support you closely and individually, so you can carry out your procedures with complete peace of mind, confidence and independence.

How we help you

What we do for you

In-person support

We go with you in person to your appointments at immigration offices, health centres, schools, social services or other official bodies whenever you need direct support.

Intermediation and mediation

We act as a bridge between you and institutions or organisations, helping communication run smoothly, clearing up doubts and ensuring fair, inclusive treatment.

Step-by-step guidance on procedures

We explain, simply and clearly, what documents you need and what steps to take for procedures such as registering as a resident, being assigned a doctor, enrolling in school or applying for benefits.

Document review

We carefully check your paperwork before your official appointment, to make sure everything is in order and avoid unnecessary trips or delays.
